Our Staff

Our experienced staff is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Danielle, Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

Dani has worked in the dental field for about 2 years, both in New Jersey and New Mexico. She has had a variety of Jobs including 911 dispatching. Dani has prided herself in assisting her communities in any capacity. Dani thrives on ensuring the most positive experiences possible.

In her free time, Dani is a devoted mother of 2 daughters, where she enjoys cooking, reading, drawing, music and spending as much time as possible with animals and loved ones.

Mayda, Re-care/Insurance Coordinator

Mayda works with insurance companies to maximize our patients dental benefits. She has over 26 years of experience in the dental field and as our Insurance Coordinator, she has a solid knowledge of dental insurance program policies, procedures and claims processing.

Amanda, Registered Dental Assistant

With over 10 years of experience in pediatric dental assisting, Amanda is passionate about helping children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist. Her caring nature and gentle approach make every visit a positive experience for young patients and their families. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family and her lovable Bernedoodle, Skye.

Christian, Registered Dental Hygienist

Christian graduated from Bergen Community College. Prior to this he worked as a Rehabilitation aide. In his spare time he loves to stay active by hiking, playing basketball, square dancing and likes listening to all different types of music. He loves working in pediatric hygiene and teaching children about the importance of their dental health.

Danielle, Registered Dental Hygienist

Danielle is a graduate of the University of New Haven, where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time at her shore house and hanging out with her puppy, Hazel. Whether she’s relaxing by the beach or going on adventures with Hazel, she brings the same caring and energetic spirit to both her personal life and her work with patients.

Lorena, Registered Dental Assistant

Lorena has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She has extensive experience with dental procedures and truly enjoys  assisting Dr. Salierno. She is also well verse in administrative duties and is happy to help at the front desk  and insurance when needed.  On her days off she keeps an active life style by eating healthy and exercise.  In addition she enjoys playing with her 4 dogs.
